Hey Eric, I totaly agree with you. Due to budget cuts I don't see them on a lot of cars unless FS is doing something on the price.
Last week I went to NSA in Norfolk and talked to a MA, he told me that the USN Police recently changed from FS Vision to Sound Off EPL 9000 and each unit is around 1200 USD and has a 3 color option in it as well.
I saw it in action - realy nice and bright.
