This is not a 'bastelstuck' but a US vector that has been modified for the EU market. The gear rotor have been replace by belt-driven rotors that are much more silent.
The TA is a EU model made into the correct size to fit this light bar ( I have a 52" long version)

I worked on my Smart Vector today: wired the SS2000SM to control all the lights and it works fine :-)
My centre pod has a osclitor assy in it (special for Vector models > it's simular to the Magnabeam mechanism (FB3-osc))
These V-bar are the coolest , to bad they're so big :-)
